JJ and Semhar have been life-long friends and travel besties for over two decades. Always up for an adventure, the pair found away to make group travel possible regardless of budget or personal time off, whether it was a weekend getaway to the Bahamas, or a relaxing week in the Hamptons.
Recognizing their talent at bringing people together through travel, the team happily accepted their friends’ requests to plan every bachelorette, girls trip, carnival jump up – and yes, a few bachelor parties too! After years of leveraging their extensive experience in project management and event planning to create travel experiences in over 30 locations across 6 continents, they launched Pack A Bag to help others create unique celebrations while living their best travel lives.

Packages
All-inclusive package
All-Inclusive planning is for those who seek an amazing experience but don’t have the time nor expertise to do all the planning. From start to finish our team will present fully conceptualized itineraries that have been specifically designed for your group. This care-free package allows guests to simply Pack A Bag while we take care of all the details from travel arrangements, to custom gifts and décor, and unique experiences and adventures along the way. In addition to arranging all your groups planning needs and internal communications, we are able to remove the burden of seeking reimbursement by billing all of your guests one flat fee for your custom trip.
The all-inclusive planning package service fee starts at $2,500 per group of 10 or less.
Group travel consulting & à la carte services
Group Travel Consulting & a la Carte Services are available for those who already have some of their planning complete but may need a little extra help coordinating some of the details; or someone looking for us to research and help plan the itinerary but prefer to handle the logistics and booking on their own.
While the cost varies depending on the final scope of work, the service fee for Consulting packages starts at $1,000 which includes 10 hours of planning.
A note on pricing
It is not uncommon for guests to split our service fee amongst the entire group, and we have also had clients who have opted to absorb our entire fee as the “host” of the event. Transparency and understanding is key and we welcome the opportunity to provide a detailed proposal and pricing for your group once we have had a chance to discuss with you your dream getaway.
